WetSuit® augments the existing roof’s original strengths while eliminating its weaknesses. WetSuit® immediately improves wind uplift, fire protection, and water resistance. It provides high puncture resistance and severe hail performance while creating a non slip, energy efficient surface. 

The system is water based, has no volatile organic content (VOC), and is sustainable - helping us achieve our goal of minimising enviornmental impact where possible.

The WetSuit® spray applied, instant set, recover system is a truly unique premium grade product, ideal for virtually all commercial and industrial roof applications. With the ability to withstand ponding water indefinitely, roof slope issues are minimised. 

The WetSuit® system delivers a true waterproof system. protecting the occupants and extending the  The WetSuit® System installed over single ply systems will substantially increase puncture and hail resistance as well as improve fire  protection. The WetSuit® system is a naturally slip-resistant surface and can eliminate unsightly walking pads 

EPDM

Old “fish-mouthed” seams and excessive shrinkage and rips along the parapet will be quickly remedied by the WetSuit® System. Adding a Neptune Acrylic or Silicone reflective coating will reduce the heat load through the roof system lowering energy costs and improving the life cycles of HVAC systems.  

Metal

The WetSuit® System can arrest and prevent rust while increasing energy efficiency. Questionable seams and fasteners are coated over with the  monolithic membrane. Ice damning is eliminated.

Internal Gutters

The WetSuit® System can also solve the issues with leaking internal gutters by encapsulating them and eliminating the tie-in at the roof  where leaks commonly occur.  

Roof Repairs
WetSuit® range of products offers a very user friendly system to make  repairs for leaking roofs. These UV-stable products can be installed and  left black or top-coated for reflectivity. The ability to be installed  on virtually any substrate with a brush or spray equipment WetSuit® 1  PART self leveling or the specialised trowel grade for patches makes WetSuit® the most sensible solution for a fast and effective roof repair.   

Modifed Bitumen
Common system flaws such as cracks, buckling, and insufficient penetration sealing/flashing become irrelevant under the WetSuit®  monolithic membrane. Wind uplift and fire resistance are improved as is solar reflectance and the damage caused by thermal cycling.  

SPF
When WetSuit® is applied as a base coat over the SPF it will provide superior durable puncture and ponding water resistance, UV stable membrane that will protect the foam under the worst of climate conditions. Adding a Neptune Acrylic or Silicone reflective coating will reduce the heat load thru the roof system, effectively lowering energy costs and improving the life cycles of HVAC systems.
